Doctor Polaris and Count Vertigo are the first names that i come up when i think "underrated dc villains". Manchester Black, Killer Moth, Atomic Skull, Silver Swan, Chimera, Doctor Phosphorus, Doctor Poison, Human Flying Fish, Tattooed Man, Major Force, Fatality, Giganta, Weather Wizard, Mirror Master, Golden Glider, Firefly, Anarky, Pied Piper, Trickster, Metallo, Silver Banshee, Black Spider, KGBeast, Ragdoll, Ratcatcher, Copperhead and Clock King.

@guru_crack: Yeah, I love Batman, but the way writers treat him nowadays is not good in my opinion. Him defeating Superman during DKR was really cool and Batman still seemed vulnerable, but now? He dodges Darksied's Omega Beams, Able to defear the entire Justice Leagur, etc. Most people think's its great, but this isn't the Batman that I grew up with. While for Iron Man, I've always just hated his character. He was good in most of his portrayals, but in some portrayals, he's just an ass. I started reading big comics a just few months before Civil War started. I only read X-Men, Batman, Superman, Spider-Man and Justice League Comics before, and Civil War was my entry point to major Marvel Comics. I gradually liked him as time progressed, but now he's overrated. Which I hate.

6. Good film but overrated. Villain was bland, Ryan Reynolds was great for his first portrayal as Deadpool, but it gets confusing since Reynolds has portrayed 2 characters in the X-Men movies universe.
