If we assume Red Skull is still a match for Steve's physicals, then round 1 is a good fight, but still a win for Cap. Even if Skull matches Steve's stats, he's nowhere close in terms of skill, while Crossbones and Batroc can't match his stats
Steve gets his ass whooped in round 1 regardless of his Civil war PIS. RedSkull is every bit his equal physically and Crossbones is dangerous too. Batroc just makes sure he doesnt get away with any fancy moves.
He Kills all of them in round 2 though.
A whole movie can't be dismissed as PIS. Idk why people keep trying to do that
Except this isnt a 1v1 fight so your logic is invalid. Cap will be getting hit from every direction and every hit from red skull is going to hurt like hell and Red skull using his teammates as bait should be more than incharacter.
If Steve tries to single out Red skull he gets KOed easily by Batroc and Crossbones throwing haymakers at the back of his head.
Steve is featless in facing Multiple fighters of this skill and power all at the same time. Hes never faced 3 non fodder like this.
Who says Batroc and Crossbones would be able to ko him easily? They don't have the striking power to put him down quickly by any means

They would be. Cap doesnt have the feats of getting repeatedly wacked in the back of the head by even 1 person like crossbones or batroc. He gets dropped if he tries to single out red skull.
Bucky's arm isnt impressive, Infact apart from durability its not that amazing. Stop Exaggerating my point, Hurting like hell is not the same thing is outright crippling someone. Crippling someone is basically = Oneshotting them fighting capability wise.

And who says Cap would just let them hit him? Red Skull is not skilled enough to occupy Cap for long, nor will Batroc and Rumlow be able to easily hit him while they fight (not like Cap and Skull would be standing still)
And Batroc and Rumlow don't have feats of dropping someone like Cap by hitting them in the back of the head. See, they don't have specific feats for this exact scenario either.
What feats does Skull have to say he will seriously hurt current Cap?
War Machine and Black Panther are both significantly more impressive than Skull, Crossbones, or Batroc
Bucky's Combat Striking is Lame as hell. IIRC his most jarring feat of combat striking was Breaking concrete which is below redskulls shield Denting feat.
RedSkull is not an idiot. Hes competent enough and ALL of these fighters have proven that they can occupy Cap for long. RedSkull would outright give him a fight not occupy. They wont be standing still but that doesnt meant Batroc and Rumlow wont be moving either. They can keep up just fine with the 2 fighting and throw their own punches. Its not like Steve and Skull are going to be sprinting the whole time...
Nope. Cap has to have feats of actually surviving said head trauma to the back. Just because i havent been shot by a gun doesnt mean i can say im bullet proof because the guns dont have feats of hurting me.
He Dented Caps Steel Shield. He could outright punch a hole in Caps face if cap just stood there.
Warmachine has like no feats as far as H2H goes. And Cap has never fought T'Challa with another person helping mid fight. Cap kicked BP away and Warmachine just happened to fly through like the jobber he is.
