Gorilla Grodd threw around a forklift with ease, one handed. They usually weigh about 5 000-8 000 lbs.
I don't think throwing around 4 tons is impressive for spider-man. Its a good feat considering he threw it with one hand but its no where near spider-man catching the jet bridge which is arguably not his best feat. I don't really like relying on fan calcs but I just think spider-mans jet bridge is on another level when watching both scenes. If we are getting into speculation this is a good video which does the math on spider-man's jet bridge feat for comparison (you can skip to 1:30 if you don't want to watch the whole thing):
Now Grodd is throwing 4 tons one handed so he obviously is much stronger...But I don't imagine his strength being at this level. I also don't imagine Grodd stopping a strike from cull obsidian, hurting giant man, staggering thanos, or catching a car thrown by cull the way spider-man did.
KS has solid feats from before of tossing Barry threw a building and ripping a building apart with his bare hands,
he also launched the same forklift 30 ft in the air. Both have effectively tagged Barry in combat multiple times and have really fast moving speeds as well. Grodd has even caught a super sonic punch, that's actually ridiculous.
When it comes to tagging Barry I feel like he jobs a lot. He's been tagged by humans without super human reaction when he logically shouldn't get tagged. He tends to get surprised, or acts arrogant a lot, or sometimes their is a lot of PIS on the show. This isn't to say any instance of Barry being tagged isn't legit I just feel like tagging him doesn't make king shark or Grodd automatically faster.
Grodd catching the super sonic punch is legit and measurable I will say. He has faster reactions than spider-man, but I think spider-man is more maneuverable. I give grodd the advantage in durability but spider-man isn't a slouch when you consider the hits he took from shocker. As I said Spider-man has the advantage of webbing.
How? Spider-man is stronger than either and has long range attacks. Black Panther is outclassed physically but has vibranium claws and can hit them back with their own kinetic energy. I can see Black Panther losing to either but I would say Spider-man the is the MVP.
My Thor run began in 2012, with GOD OF THUNDER #1. Since then I've written 80 something Thor issues across multiple series. And it's all been building toward THE WAR OF THE REALMS. Needless to say, I'll be looking to go out with a bang. Thanks for reading along the way. pic.twitter.com/GG4Swz8PBl
