quick Q

in the newest show he meets that lady(forgot her name) she says that the doctor is in his younger days and that thats the youngest she's seen him. but he's on his tenth regeneration. and he has 13 overall. does that mean that the next three regenerations are going to be long life's or does it mean he's going to get more regenerations?

also what happened to the sonic screwdriver he got in the partners in crime episode?

Methos says:

"no, he couldn't have changed pompeii...it was fated for him to cause the volcano to erupt, as the future showed that it erupted, if he hadn't have blown it up then the earth would have been destroyed and he wouldn't have been able to visit the earth in the future, so he wouldn't have gone back to Pompeii in the first place...paradox = headache lolhe's a time lord but he isn't infallible, a few other species (4 to date in the Dr Who Universe) have mastered time travel, though none of them have mastered it to a level that equals the time lords yet.the only way for him to 'fix' Gallifrey's fate and go home would be for him to stop the Time War itself, which started way, way, way before he was born (way back before the time lords, then known as Gallfreyans had even mastered basic science) but he can't do that as any interference there would change the past / present / future of Gallifrey to unpredictable levels, and one thing The Doctor will never do is mess with his own timeline.M"

what about the time crash??
