Match ups are important in One Piece. Luffy only struggled with Katakuri as much as he did because of his future sight. The actual stat gap between them at the time wasn't that big.
Neither Queen nor Jack have future sight, and they're both slower than Katakuri. In fact they're both the type of opponent gear 4 excels at fighting, especially Jack. Let's not forget that Luffy created gear 4 to fight "monstrously big savage beasts", this is presumably the case for all 3 of his gear 4 forms.
There's a lot of debate around Crocodile and Enel here to determine whether Meruem clears pre time skip. But people are forgetting that the Marineford arc was part of pre time skip.
Luffy only got as far as he did in Marineford (including escaping with his life) because of other people helping him. If you put Meruem in strict 1v1s against Marineford characters he's going to get bodied. Especially the likes of the admirals, Garp, Sengoku and Mihawk.
We've only seen Adam fight a couple of opponents so there a lot we don't know about his ability. The main ones for this fight are:
1) Does his ability work against non deities?
2) Does his ability copy the opponent's stats?
If the answer to either of those questions is no then Adam gets roflstomped.
But if they are both yes then Frieza will be in for a hard fight and will need to win by outlasting Adam like Zeus did. With full knowledge Frieza will know to win like this.
The outcome depends entirely on whether the psychic resistance via willpower thing from the web comic will be carried over to the manga. As of writing this the manga is pretty close to where this was mentioned in the web comic.
If it does carry over then the admirals win pretty easily.
If it does not carry over then there's nothing stopping Tatsumaki from simply dumping the admirals in the sea. Akainu and Aokiji's logia intangibility won't help them as she should still be able to manipulate magma and ice. Kizaru will still be a problem though simply because Tatsumaki doesn't have any feats I can think of to suggest she can manipulate light.
No one in One Piece (that we know of) can 1v5 admiral level characters and win. Not even Prime Roger, Prime Whitebeard or Prime Xebec could achieve that.
I'd even argue that Garp + 1 other would be enough to beat Kaido. Garp has fought top tiers for years with no devil fruit and no weapon. His haki must be absolutely monstrous to compensate. More than strong enough to deal significant damage to Kaido.
Many people here have got it wrong. Ace didn't die because he turned around, fought Akainu and lost, he died because he bodyblocked an attack from Akainu which was meant for Luffy. Ace would have done this even if Akainu had not goaded him previously. Of course the way in which this might happen could differ given the fact they'd both still be on their feet and running.
Current Luffy is more than capable of dodging Akainu's attacks. They didn't look to be imbued with haki either so I'd go so far as to say Luffy could straight up overpower that level of attack with an attack of his own if he wanted to.
Either way this means that Ace does not have to sacrifice himself to save Luffy.
Doflamingo is highly experienced in aerial combat. Neither Ulti nor Page One have anything that we know of in their arsenal to deal with aerial opponents.
He's also an unofficial 4th commander in Kaido's crew (Joker) so he's plenty strong enough to fight any of the tobi roppo 1v1 and have a good chance of winning.
In this 1v2, Doflamingo just needs to keep his distance, whittle them down with ranged attacks and he'll eventually come out on top after a long fight.
