I think Cade is at least an equal of Jaden Korr (I'd rank him as considerably better but I may be overestimating him), and Plagueis is significantly superior to Maul.

Arya could feasibly assassinate Rey, but in a conventional fight she isn't taking on even a relatively untrained Force-sensitive with a lightsaber.

Probably Brie. She was great in Room. I haven't seen Captain Marvel but she didn't really have much scope to show her talent in Endgame. Her role was largely a special effects job.
