Deranged Midget

There, I got it, yet again, my scanner gots off a bit off the left side, but this is the finished product.

Hi, I recently made a new profile and the name is exactly the same as the old one, but on my old account when I was logged out, it wouldn't let me sign in ever, it always said incorrect account name or password. I always had to get a new password and it still wouldn't work. Eventually, it said my account name didn't exist so I made this one. 
 
Also, I am having problems uploading a scanned image, it's in a .tiff format, how do I get it to a jpeg?

Wow, I finished my sketch, but comicvine won't let my upload it for some reason. The scan is in a tiff format and not jpeg, any advice how to get the sketch on here?
