US Army wins due to technicality. I'll explain why.

It's the REAL US Amy. There is an extremly high probability that they know about the Hulk, and as a result, they would try to befriend Hulk, and keep him calm enough until he turns back to Bruce. Then they heavily drug him to prevent him from getting angry or stressed, and win by tehnicality.

Shortly after, World War 3 happens because the government couldn't leave it at that and had to try and replicate the Hulk's power.

And why wouldn't Ben scan Thor's DNA and turn into him? It's not like Ben could stop the Omnitrix from doing that automatically, because it has been confirmed that it has an A.I. and it will always scan life forms whose species isn't in the Codon Stream, and last time I checked, Asgardians and whatever Thor's mom's species was called aren't in the Omnitrix, at all.

Wait, people actually think Tony is even comparable to Azmuth? That's sad really. Azmuth built a device that can store enough power to destroy the entire Milky Way Galaxy, and that was the glitchy prototype. You really think Tony even compares to that?

Ben can easily defeat them all. Here's how:

1: Ben turns into Upgrade, attaches himself to Tony's armor, takes complete control of it, and makes it vastly superior to what it was before ONLY until Ben stops being attached to the armor, which at that point it returns to normal. Tony is essentially down and out for now, and if it is one of the armors that can separate into individual pieces easily, Ben will take the armor off of Tony, and knock him out before he can have Jarvis fly another one there. Tony is out.

2: Vastly superior Iron Man Armor can one shot Hulk before he gets angry enough to survive.

3: Steve isn't much of a problem.

4: Ben's Omnitrix would have scanned Thor's DNA at the start of the battle automatically, because it doesn't have a DNA sample of his species. It would take some time before it realizes it is a Hybrid Species, thus it will keep it in there long enough for him to use it. It may have even scanned Hulk's DNA. So now Ben has three options: Turn into Thor, destroy the original Mjolnir thus killing Thor; Turn into Hulk, destroy Mjolnir thus killing Thor; or stay as Upgraded Iron Man Armor, destroy Mjolnir thus killing Thor.

Recently Thor had to add his life force to Mjolnir to repair it, thus if it is ever destroyed, he will die.

Seriously people.

I make Vegeta a Super Saiyan God, then combine Super Saiyan God with Super Saiyan 4, and Legendary Super Saiyan, and make Goku and Vegeta a Legendary Super Saiyan God 4, then Potara Earrings fuse the two into a Legendary Super Saiyan God 4 Vegetto.

I then combine every single Red Lantern Ring in existance, from every reality, into one, and give this to World Breaker Hulk. I do the same thing with Yellow Lantern Rings, and give this to Vampire Batman. I Potara Earrings fuse the two into one.

I then Potara Earrings fuse those two into one.

I then take every single set of Dragon Balls in existance, every single set of the completed Triforce, every single Power Star and similar things from the Mario Franchise, every single Master Emerald, Chaos Emeralds, and any counterparts to those items, from every reality from the Sonic Franchise, every single Cosmic Cube, every single complete set of the Infinity Gauntlet, and oh I don't know, how about every single Millenium Item from the Yugioh Franchise, and merge them all into one item and give that item to the fusion character from before.

In a large number of Fantasy Video Games, if you use any form of action that normally heals people on undead creatures, like Zombies and Vampires, it deals damage to them equal to the amount it normally heals instead.

Orihime's "healing" abilities are so great that they can reject time itself.

Orihime does this trying to cure his Vampirism, but it causes immediate large damage, stops (since it's in character), and wins by KO.

Now of course this post isn't 100% accurate, I'm just using an approximation of the knowledge I know.

Sonic could be a hundred times faster than Flash, but Flash still wins because Flash, unlike Sonic, knows how to vibrate his molecules to move through matter, and as such can ignore most of the obstacles that Sonic can't.
