I dont think making someone vulnerable makes them more interesting. any human is vulnerable but not all are interesting. What makes him interesting is being the "last son" of a dead planet and one of only a hand full of his species left, brought up in a world he didnt fit into. I have always said it would help Superman as a character if he did more universe travels. Sorry for the long lists but i think he should fight more powerful beings that can conwuer worlds and larger. I liked everything up to Action Comics Action Comics #1000 (i havent read the Man of Steel series yet). Having to fight Mongul (and his kids), Lobo, Kalibak, Steppenwolf, Karmang, Kroog, Lady Blaze, Mantis, Replikon, Rogol Zaar, Snake Omega, Solaris, Subjekt-17, Tyrell, Ulysses, Wraith, Yggardis, Lyla, The Auctioneer, among others would be more interesting. He could be activlely stopping Darkseid's forces from taking over worlds, trying to stop lady blaze from corrupting souls from around the universe, etc.

Rogol Zaar isnt unique. Going through the 606 villains on his enemies list I found 3 villains that are seeking/trying to kill the last of the Kryptonians

yet for Superman being the last son of Krypton, I found 50 Kryptonians listed in his friends and enemies pages, not including the daxamites, clones, or alternate universe (except for Powergirl). Many were from the new Krypton arc

People from the Phantom zone totaled 14

@heatforce: Whats going on with that anyways? It seems like it should have been over months ago and most of the universe has moved on but it still never came to a conclusion

@miyoshi_chan: lol just noticed they got rid of the quests. I wonder when that stopped. I hadnt been on in a while. Havent really been on this site in 6 months. I usually only use it as a news source and a wiki. I feel like alot of the old users are gone

I would like to see him start his super group up again. While i wasnt overly fond of the run-offs at the beginning I liked that it was telling a different kind of story. While reading an article of characters that should have been bigger than they ended up (mostly in the late 90's early 2000's) i came across some that would work in Bludhaven.

Captain Boomerang (Owen Harkness) - also a reformed villain and disowned by his father (in my telling of it)

Kyle Abbot - Detective Comics #743 - Evolution: (Part One): Whispers in the Dark - Could turn into a magical werewolf - Former member of the league of assassins and worked for intergang. helped Nightwing before but walks the line of hero and villain (similar to catwoman it seems)

Great White Shark - criminal mastermind with a lot of contacts and power - He would essentially be Lex Luthor or King Pin of Bludhaven. He could always be a step or two ahead of Dick to stay out of jail. One of his men could be Tally Man

Magpie - serial killer and thief - no powers but highly skilled at booby traps and making copies of the items she steals

Equus - prototype for the OMAC project - originally fought superman and battles karate kid and Una. He would be a super powered villain but more likely a servant to someone with more brains. outmatching Nightwing in strength and speed

These are just a couple ideas but it could bring back some old established characters and give Nightwing some new people to bounce off of, relate to, fight...

I was curious what you thought was the best construct ever created. My thought always goes back to John Stewart trying to reconstruct a planet or solar system. I know he failed but only due to ring limitatioms. I also keeping thinking some character was able to make a construct and made it real so when the lantern left everything was still back to normal bc they made actual steel instead of hard light. Am I wrong on that second one or did it really happen?

I just read a preview for Astonishing X-Men #6 and it has Xavier in a psychic battle with the shadow king. When did he get brought back to life or is her from a different timeline of reality?

@marvelanddcfan24: @uugieboogie:

I think his arm and hammer are made of this armor. I think it will be the anti-thesis to the necrosword. Like the necrosword, it can probably mold to Thors will so it will turn into his arm and his hammer.

This is stupid, I was excited until I saw gold hammer...and wasnt he suppose to get another hammer with a point at the top?

That was the ultimate universe Thor hammer and he chose not to take it. I think Volstagg has it now.
