Batroc is a peak-human, he is a tank and has displayed some impressive showings of strength despite his little screen time. He is an Olympic weightlifting champion, as stated by GSP, implying that he should be stronger than the majority of non-enhanced individuals in the MCU.

Batroc is a tank and one of the most durable peak humans in CBMs in general, this is showcased particularly well in CA: TWS, in his fight against Cap. In which, he takes a large number of strikes from Steve, but repeatedly recovers and continues to fight.

Batroc is a very quick and agile combatant, this is emphasized quite well in his fighting style, with him often resorting to more acrobatic strikes and evasive maneuvers. GSP commented on the character's acrobatic skills:

Batroc is an incredibly skilled peak-human in the MCU, he is ferocious, quick and agile and was able to effectively keep Cap defensive and under pressure during their encounter, quite impressive considering the physical disparity between these two characters. Additionally, the character is played by UFC Legend Georges St. Pierre, who is commonly considered as one of the best Mixed Martial Artists of all time.
