Throne of the Seven Seas 0
The Dead King claims his throne as the rightful first king of Atlantis, and face against everyone he needs to. The history and all these revelations about Arthur's past are pretty, plotted in a nice way. The consequences of the previous war look clearly during all the story. I felt the ending a little rushed, there's no much epicness on final issue 25, but either way is a good ending pointing into future of Aquaman and Atlantis (although it's been years since DC don't continue that story)...

A story worth of a Throne 0
This crossover achieves to make Aquaman look more important in the DC Universe, and does it very well. The character evolves to the point of being able to face the hole Justice League and put a shadow of a doubt over them. With a new Statu Quo for the Justice League and Arthur, The Throne of Atlantis is a very good plotted story with some twists and turns and amazing art by Gary Frank....

This collection of issues bring the Mad Hatter again to the game, with a "traumatic childhood" origin story. The story is cooked slowly though the issues, I wasn't really hooked up to it until the 4th issue of the TPB. At the end it turned a little predictable. The annual issue was kinda weird; intriguin and interesting, but let me a little disapointed. Overall, it's not a bad volume, but neither of the best....

Not bad for an underrated character 0
I'm not much into the story of Ant-Man, but I think some characters are good portrayals. The story is okay, simple but good. There are good moments but also moments I didn't like. The villain was so boring and nothing new, as the soundtrack music. Visualy is pretty good....

2 issues stories collected in a volume that only serve to hint to the next stories, but is really necesary to use 6 issues just to set the stage fpr the next story? Plus, the Death of the Family "Tie-Ins" feel nothing like Tie ins, they doesn't add anything to the storyline. The art of Fabok is good, but there are some panels that I didn't like at all....

One of the greatest Batman/Joker stories (if not the best) 0
This stoy presents a year-long absent Joker who's back in Gotham to haunt Batman and prove a point: there can't be a Bat Family. The Joker scenes are so suspenseful, and are the most disturbing moments I've seen in comics. The final was a little bit forced in my opinion, because they are so much moments that would change the Batman story forever, but then it turns out in the same Statu Quo of always, but a little bit more distant and unconfident family. ...

This volume concludes the Grant Morrison run in the Superman Series, wich put some of the stories from the past Issues Together. It's interesting how the time is always changing during the storyline, but that doesn't make it less Stranger. In my opinion, this is one of the most strangest Superman stories. Those 5D characters and that "Magic Kingdom" are ridiculous, sincerely....

"So emotional and heart-touching" 0
This first volume is so emotional and heart-touching. It shows us how Batman keep struggling to teach his son Damian to be a good sidekick and respect his rules and morals, usually failing due to his natural instinct. Finally, we see some good "father and son" heart-touching moments....

The Fall of Gotham City (and of the series too) 0
This sequel of the first volume, The Court of Owls, shows us the One-Night-War" between the Court and the Bat-Family for Gotham City. Despite the previous good storyline, this decays in a dissapointing way. The Batman Issues are good, but all the other Bat-Family Issues are literally redundant (except Nightwing, maybe). Plus, the storyline is not complete in this collection, since the battle with the Court continues until the #11 issue.Personally, I prefer Reading the City of Owls volume, sinc...

An excellent beginning for a new era 0
A very good start for this New 52 era. This First volumen of Batman stars a New Group of Villains Who come to haunt the Bat since the times of his ancestors. This Court of Owls take Batman to the breaking point of madness and vulnerability, so he take it personal. This Issues set the stage for the next storyline, The Night of the Owls, where both sides declare War against each other...

The storyline takes a whole new level with this issue. We see Diana still Struggling with her brother and with the father of her step-sister, Darkseid himself. Finally, we see the appearance of a character that makes us say: "No Way", that set the stage for the epic conclusion of the storyline...
