I'm not completely sold on the art but I do love Thunderbolts so I'm excited for a new book.

Bloodlines sounds like a good shout, I haven't read anything new from DC for a while.

It feels like Marvel are only doing this to hype the upcoming movie which will probably just confuse new comers. That being sad I will probably read it :P
