In CW he obviously was not going all out against other heroes so its only normal that he did not used his flight and speed to the fullest to stomp them. In IW he was caught off guard and lost his phasing. Do you think he could not phase through Vibranium in CW if there was a need for that? There never was an instance in IW where his AI or internet control would have any benefit in IW.

His tower feat is actually pretty good because he burned/melted some concrete and his phasing against Hawkeye was his most dynamic usage of it. So idk how those are fodder feats. And it still makes no sense to think the same character got weaker between movies for no reason because the previous movie had better feats.

@rajjarsalt: I see absolutely no reason for him to be weaker in other movies. It makes no sense for him to get weaker for no reason whatsoever. He also only has fodder killing feats in AoU and one decent energy blast feat which is irrelevant to his strength or durability. Why do you think AoU was his peak?
