MCU vibranium isn't strong enough to stop Doomsday. Besides, Ultron just isn't strong enough. Doomsday took on DCEU Superman and Wonder Woman, and a case could be made that either of these characters could solo the MCU Avengers (who beat Ultron). Plus, Doomsday took a nuke and survived. Nuke = Citybuster, so Doomsday took a city busting attack and survived.
