Better mangaka overall: I feel I have to give it to Kishi by default. Bleach had a lot of potential and just kind of fell off way faster than Naruto did.

Better world builder: Kishi I guess.

More cohesive story: Kishi.

Best characters: I could go either way, but I'd lean towards Bleach since there are more characters there that I like.
