Striking power does come from strength, unless it also involves speed or some kind of energy amp.

Well, if his form was truly like the element of fire, Hulk wouldn't have been able to touch him, and Surtur wouldn't be able to get a grip on anything. He does have a solid form.

As for no-selling Hela's spikes, that's pain tolerance, different from durability. You know that rare condition when people cannot feel pain? Do you think a good boxer's punch to the face won't K.O. them?
