Team 1 FTW.
While Dr. Strange is arguably more powerful than Dr. Fate, Odin outclasses Darkseid by a far greater amount.
First, Darkseid and Thanos are considered equals, or of nearly identical power level. Therefore, it is safe to assume that if Odin annihilated Thanos (who had help from Silver Surfer), he can unleash a similar beating on Darkseid.
Next, Odin was able to physically harm Galactus in their fight, or at least cause him major discomfort. Yes, Galactus regenerated soon after that, but at least Odin caused some damage. Darkseid, on the other hand, was unable to lay a scratch on Galactus in their crossover. The omega effect had no effect on Galactus whatsoever, and Galactus flattened him right after.
Moreover, in the same Galactus/Darkseid crossover, Darkseid hit Silver Surfer with his omega beams at point blank. Only a few scans later, Surfer flies away in search of a new planet, seemingly unharmed. In the fight with Thanos however, Odin one shots Surfer with extreme ease.
The examples provided above show that Odin would defeat Darkseid in battle.
There is a high chance that Dr. Fate will be able to keep Dr. Strange at bay long enough for Odin to beat Darkseid. If that is the case, Dr. Strange does not stand a chance. If Dr. Strange is victorious, Odin should still be able to defeat Team 2 on his own. Since Dr. Strange is generally considered below Surfer, Odin may solo with relative ease. With Dr. Fate added to the mix, Team 2 does not stand a chance.
