Yep. Most of the reasons Toriko fans say they are at this or that saga of DBZ is due to their speed, hax and strength. Toriko easily has more hax characters and even the most die hard DBZ fan would admit DBZ are outclassed in raw physical strength. As far as speed goes, I'll let you decide that- every character that ate NEWS can create Back Channels which are basically personal time zones, Acacia himself in a weaker form created one where 1 second is perceived as 1 month and FTL attacks appeared frozen to him. Then there's Starjun who is stated on panel to be able track hundreds of millions of light years away with his Third Eye Gourmet Clairvoyance, Mother Snake eating Neo at FTL speeds and so on. However all DBZ fans seems to care about is DC, but sometimes you have to wake up and get past the over-sized death ball dick measuring contest.
