The first 3 issues were great. The fourth was disappointing (Clark was barely even in it). Haven't read this one yet but I'm looking forward to it. It is a very good Superman series and it would be interesting to see Landis do a sequel one day.
On the different artists thing ... it does work and it is cool ... BUT , and pardon my cynicism, but it's possible Landis is doing this simply to make his credentials look more impressive in a shorter amount of time than it would otherwise take ... especially if his future projects also use this method ie In a few years, he can point to his resume and say, "Look at the long list of top quality artists who have worked with me!" again, pardon my cynicism, but it's easy to build a long list of collaborators when you take short cuts.
I think Gene Yang has been one of the most disappointing writers to ever work on Superman. I know he's won an Eisner ... but that doesn't mean he can write Superman ... and he's proven since he came on board that he can't
Dynamite's Twilight Zone comics have been very good. Looking forward to checking this crossover out ... if it does well, hopefully, we'll get to see other Dynamite characters have Twilight Zone experiences (ie Mandrake, Vampirella, Flash Gordon, Red Sonja, etc)
