We all know Batman, Captain America, Deathstroke and Wolverine are some of the greatest fighters in all of comic books. There are multiple good fighters in Marvel, but one can't help but think that Spider-man is severely underrated in terms of his fighting ability seeing as he developed the Way of the Spider with Shang-Chi that makes him damn formidable when fighting an opponent. . Spider-man has stalemated Shang-Chi, who has fought and beaten better trained opponents such as Gorgon and Captain America. He's even (very briefly) knocked out Wolverine. Look at the scans below.

So what do you guys think about the Way of the Spider? Post scans!

@batman3000: This isn't regular Captain America, this Cap can punch a hole through a guys chest no problem one good hit to either of them and Captain America wins. However, Batman could probably handle 616 Captain America by himself.

As much as we all love Spidey, Cable just outclasses him. Spidey is physically superior but Cable could just hold him in place and shoot him until he quacks. Or he could slam him repeatedly with his telekinesis into the ground. He could also just force him to stop moving with his telepathy him then kill him when he's done. Cable destroys in every fight except if it's powerless Cable and in that case Spider-man curbstomps him.

Taskmaster would stomp Daredevil. Taskmaster with the Udon suit would curbstomp him. The guy has Daredevil's skills and the skills of basically every hand to hand combatant in the Marvel Universe. If Taskmaster is on his game then he could quite easily destroy Daredevil, with the Udon suit you might as well just dig Daredevil's grave for him.

@dirtytree333: They made movie Spider-man so weak compared to his comic book counterpart. He went from p'wning Winter Soldier and Falcon, to getting his but handed to him by an elderly man in a bird costume.

Meanwhile, comicbook Spider-man is the 7th smartest individual on the planet, a fantastic hero and role model while at the same time being a badass. It's really sad what on screen adaptations do to characters...

I'd say his healing factor is slightly below Spider-man's this is because:

A) If his healing factor was that good then how come he couldn't heal his right eye?

B) Spider-man could theoretically regrow lost limbs but not his head, and he is capable of healing from head-shots but Deathstroke can not heal lost limbs entirely but he can heal cuts, wounds and headshots.

C) Spider-man can heal his eyes so that puts him above Deathstroke.
