Ok... so, I was browsing the Fan Fiction forum, seeing what's there, reading the rules, etc. The rules say OC's are welcome but I see almost no stories about OC's in that forum. They are all mostly about Marvel and DC characters.
So let's say I want to write something about my character? Is that the only appropriate forum for posting it? Or would here be acceptable as well?
What if I made it open so that other people could join in? Would that make it more RP acceptable?

After reading the issue myself, I have concluded two things
1. Sinestro actually does not give a kark about the "sinestro corps". They were a means to an end and they may have now outlived their usefullness to him.
2. The Guardians are "up to something". We all know they are sneaky little sons of murglaks and this is no different. They are intentionally setting Sinestro loose with a power ring exactly because of what they expect... or hope... he will do.
