Well, as it looks right now, perhaps this undercover chapter of her career can be put to rest and something new can get going... perhaps something that doesnt require her to be guided around by 2 senior characters.

I think that Peter Parker and Jessica Drew makes for a better partnership than Peter Parker and Cindy Moon. I thought that it was dumb for Nick Lowe to approve the creation of Silk when he could have made Slott incorporate Jessica in the first 6-issues of ASM volume 3 as a way to introduce the character to the audience before her solo series took off. Such as wasted opportunity for a Editor who wanted to get Jessica's book in as many hands as possible. Only to be upstage by Slott's Silk creation, which he had the power to reject...

Black Cat has been portrayed as such a contrived and irrational villain that at this point if she stops behaving this way, she would have to have some ridiculous excuse to explain why her behavior has been like this. Like she was actually inverted this whole time, like so many other Marvel characters in Axis were, or something.

Marvel should put Black Cat in the pages of Spider-Woman. Hardy vs Drew would be fun to read about.

Probably takes a month off. Just like Black Widow does.

That being said issue 3 of Hyperion was sitting at 13.000 so that will be a short endeavor anyway.

It would be nice if Marvel goes a Black Widow and Spider-Man team-up adventure...

im going to try my hardest to stay away from another big event from marvel.... i hate how they try to push them down your throat so many times a year.

I had enough of Marvel's STUPID repeated events over and over again. I think that events should be placed in the solo series with no crossovers whatsoever. Just as it was until Secret Wars II(1985) that began the crossover nonsense by Jim Shooter. I rather have a good series in one title than to buy 20 different books just to get the full story. This was why I avoided Jon Hickman's Avengers run.

Marvel has become a company that keeps repeating the same stories over and over again. I suppose this has to do with the fact that those in charge worked at DC Comics. Thus Marvel and DC Comics are exactly alike as opposed to a decade ago when those in charge came from Independent comic companies who offered something different. You noticed that some of the Editors, writers, and artists who had worked for Marvel in the 2000's are now working for independent comic publishers. Now Marvel is stuck looking like DC Comics.

Peter: "not again"

Peter and Carol has not interacted together in over 4 years. Kelly Sue Decornnick never used Spider-Man in her Avengers Assemble run nor in her Captain Marvel run. Such a shame as Peter Parker is the only guy would could make Carol Davners and Jessica Drew laugh without even trying.

ughhhh hate events taking over. Tie ins and crossovers not a fan

I am tired of crossover events as well. Marvel should just make the story into a separate series like the first Secret Wars(1984) which never required a crossover. It was only when Secret Wars II began is when Jim Shooter started the crossover to generate sales for the books. I think that crossovers hurt the series, especially when there is a different writer involved. The last Secret Wars was overblown with crossovers. Many of which are now forgotten because Jon Hickman wanted to do a very long Epic story with The Avengers. His direction over the series was a very big turnoff due to the large amount of books you have to buy just to keep up with his stories.
