  • Cobra's chief intelligence officer, and the love interest of Destro. Released in 1984, but first appeared in Marvel's G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero #1 in 1982.

  • One of Cobra's ninjas, and an expert with the bo staff. Released in 1992 as part of the Ninja Force sub-set.

  • Head of the Night Creepers, a group of hi-tech ninja mercenaries hired by Cobra. Released in 1993 as part of the Battle Corps sub-set.

  • A Cobra vehicle specialist, or twin ninja sisters, depending on the story. Released in 1998 as the driver of the Rattler 4WD (vehicle specialist); in 2004 as part of the Cobra Ninja Strike Team Toys R' Us-exclusive set (twin ninja sisters).

  • Cobra's top sniper. Brother of the G.I. Joe team members Barrel Roll and Bombstrike. Released in 2003 in a two-pack with G.I. Joe warrant officer Flint.

  • Cobra's chief medical officer, and leader of the Medi-Viper corps. Released in 2003 in a two-pack with the G.I. Joe information retrieval specialist Hacker.

  • Leader of Cobra's Sand Scorpion desert forces, a battalion of the V-Troops (troopers spliced with animal DNA). Released in 2004 in a two-pack with Razor Trooper.

  • Cobra's feral berserker, and leader of the V-Troops known as the Razor Troopers. Released in 2004 in a two-pack with G.I. Joe heavy ordinance trooper Heavy Duty.

  • One of Cobra's South American operatives. Originally released in South America in 1983, had a U.S.-made version in 2006 as part of that year's G.I. Joe Collector's Convention-exclusive figure set.

  • Leader of Cobra's elite squad known as the Plague, and a former Eel diver. Released in 2006 as part of the "Plague Troopers vs. Steel Brigade" figure set.
