Honestly, assuming this is pre-FMAB ending Ed, MGS2 Raiden doesn't stand a chance. Even if it's post ending, Ed is shown to be extremely competent at hand-to-hand combat. MGS2 Raiden is only any good when the enemy can't see him, and Ed has fought enemies (Lan Fan and Fu) who are far better at stealth than Raiden, so that's really a non-issue.

So Ed wins.

@bluejay4: We have SEEN him tank such an explosion, yes. It has been very heavily implied that he is far stronger and tougher than has currently been actually shown in the comic.

Well, assuming the Yautja, Humans, and Xenomorphs don't kill each other first, they might have a fighting chance. Might.

However, the Space Marines win in the end... Sort of. The last Yautja standing would most likely activate their self-destruct device and wipe out any remaining life on the battlefield, be it ally or enemy.

@goatzilla:That's his best feat because he's not a hero, he's just the strongest man on the entire planet. Fighting is boring, so he doesn't. We haven't seen his full power, but we know it's up there, because an alien who leveled an entire city without even trying had a hard time even beginning to hurt him, while the only reason he could last so long was because of his healing factor.

Goku does... What? Scream a lot? Die? Shoot easily dodge-able energy beams? Punch a few times? Get over yourself, your precious monkey can't beat Saitama.

Saitama is invulnerable. He was knocked to the Moon, held his breath while in space, and jumped back, with only damage to his costume. You cannot beat him. Ever. To date, he has held back in every single fight, and still beats everyone with a single punch. The only time he didn't kill his opponent with one punch, Saitama was still holding back in order to make the fight last longer, because it was finally an interesting fight.

Nevertheless: No. Saitama wouldn't be there anymore. Chapter 17, he was fighting against Genos. Dodged out of his giant laser at the last second with no effort. Chapter 15, he is shown to be able to keep up with and even surpass Speed of Sound Sonic, who, as you can probably guess, can move at the speed of sound.

Even if all that wasn't true, he has tanked and grandstanded blows that destroy buildings and send other heroes flying, without showing any kind of pain.

Goku has less than no chance here. He would be better off just turning around and walking away.

@heatblaze123: Well, not like Saitama would even go attack Galactus in the first place. It's pointless. One punch and Galactus is splattered. That's boring. Saitama hates boring fights. That's why he's not an S-Class Hero.

Caped Baldy would just waste Goku, assuming Goku get's between him and something more interesting than a pointless fight.
