I'd rather they go smaller scale after the massive Infinity Wars.

Trying to go bigger constantly can really lead to failure.

@dankhan6:

First of all I didn't say people will forget the MCU in its entirety. Read again, I said people will forget most MCU movies baring a few because most of them have nothing special to offer.

Secondly, you gotta excuse me for that BP comment. That was made like 2 weeks ago. Things are a lot different now. BP is now among the standout MCU movies. From critic reviews to box office gross, it's unbeatable. Although I consider it to be massively overrated, most people probably don't and hence the widespread acclaim. But I'm not here to convince or change anybody. I'm just voicing my opinion. And I admit it was a short sighted opinion on my part. After what BP has achieved, now it's not possible to say that it will be forgotten.

But I still stand by mostly what I said. Batman Begins >>>> Black Panther and most MCU movies are forgettable one time watches.

Oh didn't realize the comment was from weeks ago. I could see someone thinking that then if they didn't love the movie.

Batman beings still holds its place after 13 years. In a few months time half of the Black Panther hype will die down. In a few years time people will forget most of the MCU movies baring a few like The Avengers, Iron Man, TWS and Civil War.

Batman Begins will continue to retain its position.

That should mostly answer your question.

What possible reason would you have to expect people will remember CW and not BP? BP had better reviews, more fan hype, a larger cultural impact and will end with a higher box office. I can get the other three (Avengers is the first massive team up, Iron Man started the whole thing and TWS is the only movie that got better reviews) but I can't think of ANY reason CW would have a lasting cultural impact compared to BP.

(admittedly I also think your entire premise is flawed and people won't forget the MCU that the world collectively has spent $15 billion dollars consuming but whatever)

Definitely Panther. I like Begins but its a pretty average superhero movie for me. I have at least 3 MCU movies over it. The pace of Begins is just really badly done which holds it back on rewatches imo.

I've wanted Kraven for a long time but really don't see him working with child spidey. Maybe by the third movie Last Hunt will make sense, but with an inexperienced Spidey it just isn't interesting.
