So the time control technique is void because Alan Scott can also control time. As long as Jay can touch Dante or run near him he can steal Dante's speed. The black hole trick might be able to get Jay, but both Fate and Scott can teleport. After dodging your attacks Hector turns all members of your team into hawks.
