All Might doesn't really need to be in his prime to beat the deep sea king. I would argue he has him outclassed in terms of both speed and strength.

Strength maybe but speed??? the only supersonic speed feat in the verse is with Edgshot All Might himself never goes faster than sound in any of his appearances as far as I know compare that to DSK who can keep up with Genos and Sonic both of whom are massively hypersonic and can run circles around All Might there is also his regeneration that AM has no way around

Sonic was faster than the deep sea king. The deep sea king gave him problems when it started to rain but even than he never tagged sonic. He did keep up with Genos. I can't speak for later one punch man (I have only seen season one of the anime) but based on what I've seen in season one I don't think Genos is hypersonic.

As far as speed goes all for one was actually dodging all of edge shots attacks, whereas all might was able to tag all for one during there fight. So I would say all might is faster than edgeshot. There is also this, where its stated that if All Might moved around using 100% of one for all he would cause wind storms by running around:

Genos in season 1 is could outpace his own blasters and keep up with a casual Saitama hence why he's hypersonic he then evenly fights with Sonic in the Manga and even goes so fast Sonic fails to perceive him combine that speed with DSK's "every blow is meant to kill" fight tactic and his acid spit All Might can neither keep up or mount a functional assault

Plus creating a vacuum and wind storms are unquantifiable you can't extrapolate his speed from them or his fight with AFO since he spent most of the fight standing in one spot not even trying to dodge
