This is from when Majestic was transported over into the DC verse. Majestic took on the JLA and tookd Kyle's ring. Then he sat in a Diner drinking coffee when Supes walks in and joins him.
But you guys are not taking into effect that Nemesis has her own abilities.
First off she is Kheran (Kheribum) so she is highly durable. I really think it will take more than a car thrown at her to stop her. Second... she is known to use Kheran technology to her advantage in fights (cloacking and shields). Then you add that she has bested that the Coda warriors have produced (Zealot) and that puts her leagues beyond Psylocke. Now you get to her breed abilities to alter and play off of people's emotions. With those, she not only knows what moves Psylocke will choose, she is able to manipulate the crowd to attack and defend for her.
In this, the power factor negates. Because he can mimick her mimicking him(and on and on). I would think, it would be who was better trained (meaning who had the more experience)... Thus Taskmaster wins.
If so... Batman hands Gamora her tail... it is his city after all. On nuetral ground he still triumps. Force of will and pure drive push him beyond he 'limits' to win. Deadpool wins in Gotham. But on nuetal ground its not really a fair fight as Wade regens even during the fight, Dick has no chance even with better natural abilities. Cassandra vs Elektra... no real winner here. Both women are total professionals and willing to push themselves and the other to the edge of fighting. Robin (Tim) wins against Mystique- any place. As the true heir to the Mantle... Tim has the skill base and training to win (even if Mystique goes animal) due to his time with Batman as well as with the Titans (training with Gar). Damian wins. Even with her training with Logan... Kitty does not have what it would take to go against the 'perfect vessle'. Damian would do everything he could to humiliate and taunt her (similar to his treatment of Supergirl and Batgirl) until he could get the upper hand. Psylocke wins. For all her pent up angst and anger. Huntress is not the fighter that Psylocke is. Catwoman vs Lady Deathstrike... Catwoman looses. The cybernetics and train that Deathstrike posses are beyond what Catwoman has. Add to that, a total disdain for Americans and Lady Deathstrike would gladly take apart the 'pretty american'.
Majestic wins. Mainly because he is a Kheran Warlord.... Warlord! Not Galactic Cop (Corps).... Trained to conquer, kill and subjegate other races, Majestic has the training and skill to take out either or both GLs and claim the rings. He has an iron will on par with Batman, so the rings could easily choose him. Add to that his hatred, and fear factor and he could posses multiple rings (i know not possible as only 1 ring color is allowed per person at a time).
I am a HUGE WildStorm fan, but i have to say that this one would be a draw. Neither of them would be willing to kill innocents just to get to the other. As for experience? They both have tons of experience, and training. As for the weapons, i think Frank has more access to new tech, while Michael keeps tons of reliable older weapons stockpiled. Now, if it was a last man standing and the location was somewhere there could be no innocents.... Mafia Warehouse or Mega Max prison... I would go with Frank. Either would gladly kill, maime or harm a violent or evil person just to distract long enough to get the shot. Earlier in thier careers, Deathblow would have taken Frank (in the mall) and went home and sletp like a baby. But he has evolved beyond that and his moral compass is back to a honest patriot serving his country, friends and family.
Winner Frank Castle - THE PUNISHER... and it pains me to say that.
Hmm... Gotham? That right there lends itself to allowing Dick to lessen Oliver's advantage with ranged attacks.
If you Ollie has his full quiver of arrows (assuming the normal limitless quiver of comics) then Oliver would be able to eventually capture Dick with some sort of 'errant' shot that was in fact a trick/trap shot... if not in Gotham.
In Gotham Richard has every advantage he could want. He grew up fighting all sorts of villians in, on, over, under and around the buildings of Gotham. Where Ollie could easily take shot after shot at Dick, in Gotham he would not have the advantage of being able to see the attacks coming that Dick could launch. Add to that, they are both top tier Martial Artists, it comes down to a simple lucky shot. The accrobatic skill that Dick adds to his Martial Arts offsets the deadly skill that Ollie has.
Under Scenerio A... with this one i assume you are saying they are tracking someone they believe to be a villian and not each other (or believe the other to have gone over the line). Dick quickly out tracks Ollie because of the city advantage as well as the training that he received from Bruce.
Scenerio B... Ollie can win before Dick closes the gap due purely to the distance. But Dick would really put Ollie to his limit.
Widcats vs. X-Men - With the line ups below some of these would spill over into a last man standing... Winner - X-Men (and I am a huge WildCATs fan) Spartan vs. Warpath - Spartan (any version other than the original)
Grifter vs. Domino - Domino wins only due to her 'luck' factor. If Grifter was on the 'Mojo' he would wipe the floor with her. After taking out Cole Domino would then disable Spartan/Jack.
Warblade vs. Wolverine - Logan wins due purely to outlasting Reno. Reno would get tired of cutting and cutting only to have Logan heal repeatedly. While Reno can move his body (it is liquid metal) he does not heal like Logan)
Zealot vs. Magik - Zealot... What can you say about Lady Z! She is the baddest woman in comics. She would then take on combines skills of Kitty and Pyslocke. Winner again(possibly taking longer than single round due to fighting 2 skilled but lesser opponents)
Voodoo vs. Pyslocke - Pyslocke... Round 1 about 45 seconds in the battle. Then she and Z go at it... loosing to centuries of fighting experience
Maul vs. Colossus - Maul SMASH! After shrinking really small to pump up his mental, Dr Stone would super size himself and launch Colossus as his own version of Speed 'Metal' Ball. 2nd Round he would do the same to Logan being that is the only way to bypass the healing factor. Maul looses in 3rd round purely because of Domino's luck.
Nemesis vs. X-23 - Not really a fair fight. Nemesis can get into Laura's head and totally mess with her emotions. Add to that she is one of the few women that can go toe to toe with Zealot! X-23 can heal over and over, but eventually her demons would come out and she would loose due to Nemesis' superior fighting (centuries of experience) and mental attacks
Backlash vs. Shadowcat - I think that Kitty wins this one. Now if it were the elder Backlash (Marc Slayton) he would win, but his daughter is not in the league. Kitty has years of fighting experience with Logan and the X-Men (before being locked away in a space bullet for years) while Backlash does not.
Savant vs. Graymalkin- Graymalkin wins, because Savant jumps away to bring in more suppport. Graymalkin is no match for Majestic.
Ladytron vs. Emma Frost- Emma wins. Ladytron has too many demons from her past, and the Ice Queen would play on everyone of them. Similar to what Nemesis does to X-23. But not physical fighting. Emma goes Diamond and then plays mind games. Then she and Nemesis goe toe to toe.... Emma wins by being more ruthless
Mr. Majestic vs. Namor- Majestic. With his 'Superman/God' like powers he handedly whips up on the old Invader. Then its Graymalkin... no challenge... Then he sits back and watches. Until Emma is thru with Savant and then fills his mind with all the friends and family he has failed in his long long life causing him to breakdown or flee the planet.
Round 2 Winners Domino, Emma Frost Zealot, Maul, Majestic
Round 3 Domino, Emma Frost Zealot
Round 4 Emma Frost, Domino... due to the 'luck' factor keeping Zealot from quickly dispatching Domino, Emma is able to use her Diamond form to take out Zealot and then place her mind in 'mental' battle keeping her from quickly recovering and fighting on.
I just have 1 question to put out here.... Does the trial even matter? 'Captain America' was given amnesty for past crimes commetted. Not STEVE ROGERS or JAMES 'BUCKY' BARNES. Do you plan on have the Presidential Pardon taken away? If so, then they would have to revoke ALL of them, and that would not work. This is going to be a hook to bring more disgrace on the Avengers and Cap/Bucky only to allow someone to attack them.
IF you wanted proof of the tampering, then SHIELD would have to help, as they were the last ones to help remove the last traces and such. You would hope there was some sort of medical records....
