She easily dodged Zuko's huge Comet attack with minimal fire jets as she was mentally at her worst, P'Li's average shots aren't any bigger.

Oh i think i already commented, but none of them got new feats so it stays the same.

Without comic feats, Azula in a close fight. She is agile and mobile enough to avoid P'Li and come close to interrupt her, could block some blasts with her shield and just needs to target P'Li's forehead with quick concusive blasts.

With comic feats, Azula in a not so close fight, all of the above still stays true, but in better and with the extremely practical instant lightning that P'Li would need to dodge.

Toph and Azula should end up winning most of the time, Azula is the most valuable player and her and Toph complement each other better by making up for each others weaknesses.

That is fair.

I think Asami just needs to touch Jet's sword and send electricity into him, his metal swords seem like a great target for Asami's electrified glove.

That would be almost my top 10, just that i would probably put Azula and Tenzin together, and possibly Ozai lower.

Amon is a much stronger blood bender than Katara ever will be, i don't even think it is possible to learn blood bendin without full moon if you can't naturally do it.
