Assuming this is with the comet: Aang wasn't being curbed by Ozai, although he was definitely on the defensive. Korra at her best is > Aang, so she has a chance, especially since she is way better with fire than Aang so she would also get a good amp from the comet.

Without the comet, she wins mid difficulty at best.

Korra without many issues. You need to restrict her a bit to make this fair.
