@chairmen: IB doesn't always need to have physical contact to work as demonstrated during Angel fall where it defended Touma's from it's effects without any early precautions against the spell. Second was IB passively defending Touma from Vento's divine punishment which works automatically and knocks anyone who gives her negative thoughts or intents to hurt her.

And when it comes to speed, Touma can be "fcking" fast when he is dealing with supernatural stuff thanks to perfect anti magic precog that he developed for some reason. Remember he is negating Misaka's lightning and supersonic coins in a daily basis. He also had that feat where he negated Accelerator's AoE tsunami blast, and somehow negated all the stuff when Othinus' dropped explosions all around him. So yeah

Also, trying to punch Touma with GER is a pretty bad idea as if IB ever comes in contact with it, Giorno's toast.

Anyways, why we arguing with this tho? Touma ain't fighting GER in round 2 after all, it's the invincible thing.

@chairmen: I see u haven't read the thread kekw. How would GER even work in the first place if Touma's Imagine breaker negates it in the first place? GER would simply try to revert Touma's action and gets hummilated afterwards by nulling his abillity. Touma's IB worked on planetary hax and protects him from reality warping passively, and blocked an attack from Othinus who is a multiversal reality warper who had control over casualty itself. GER isn't doing shet.

@supersonictl: Accel's vector shield doesn't care on how strong your attack is. His shield is a conceptual shield that literally makes him reflect all kinds of physical attack, no matter the magnitude. And his strongest form makes him reflect even conceptual universe busting attacks.

So yeah, unless goku has some weird eosteric attacks aside from pure dakka, he won't do aything to Accel and would just be punching himself on the face.
