I have to go with Thor on this one, Kara couldn't even put down zod permanently. he killed her over and over again, Thor at this point should be as strong as he was in infinity war or even stronger and we seen what he could do. I know a lot of people will say she can speed blitz and yes she can, but it's not like thor couldn't react to it. And even if she does she wasn't able to knock out zod doing that so she definitely couldn't knock thor out either. Not to mention thor has way more years of fighting experience and oh right freaking Stormbreak! a weapon that can temporarily overpower the gauntlet, wanna bet it can kill Kara.

Honestly I can see this fight going either way, a lot of people are going to immediately go to his lightning. yes it can hurt thanos, but NOT kill him, Thor's lightning is more powerful and it didn't kill Thanos. In terms of strength I'd put him up there with Infinity War thor, Thanos still being physically stronger. Durability hands down Thanos he tanked the infinity gauntlet multiple times. Now the thing that will give adam a huge edge and possibly win is his speed. It's comparable to superman and we seen what he did to the justice league. While adam is clearly faster it doesn't mean he can't be tagged at some point, i mean normal humans did so thanos could too.
