@rulerofthisuniverse: Thanks, just did. @tifalockhart: So it happened to you to? i refreshed like 10 times and it finally went back to normal. Anything else happen on your end?
So I don't know how long its been like this, because im just noticing. But the backround for my comic vine homepage changed to an imave I never uoloaded or even seen for that matter. Has this ever happened to someone or? Its kindve odd..
EDIT: Nevermind...refreshed a bunch of tines and it finally changed back
@k4tzm4n: Haha, well at least it's not as bad as some bands photoshoots. Especially in Howard and Killswitch's case always doing some goofy crap. But yeah man you're welcome. I figured if is wasn't aware of Howard getting back out there others probably werent as well..and i look forward to hearing more. Will definetly be following him on twitter myself updated. @ssjdarthplagueis: I can definetly relate, he is the original, atleast in my eyes. And yeah it is just a demo so by the time its actually released the song could change drastically. For one, a bassist is missing here. And yes his screans have aged like fine wine to, i find his growls more intense now. And his singing is still godly as ever.
I remember when I first discovered KSE in middle school, like most of you, it began with the instant classic "My Curse". I was blown away, and being that i wasn't a big fan of metalcore at the time (Im more of a grunge guy) that was saying something. And at that time, they were lead by vocalist Howard Jones, the successor of former vocalist Jessie Leach. Which is a name you fans may now recognize again as their now current singer after Howards departure from the band in 2012 due to issues with his diabetes.I for one have no issue with, Leach. So I don't want to sound cynical, but he just isn't my cup of tea. I loved the original albums..but they didn't hit my like "As Daylight Dies"..maybe thats because i didn't hear the original first..but for now I'll leave it at that. Anyway, to all the Howard Jones fans, our boy is back. but not with KSE, his new band, named "Devil You Know". I knew this info prior, but after months and months I did't hear any sort of news as for when we'd hear any of the material. But was listening to some classic KSE and I decided to look at an update and found a release of a demo released in late October called "shut it down". But as of now it is still a demo..and has not been released as a single yet. So if you're looking for it on itunes, spotify, etc...you probably won't have any luck. But luckily, it is still on youtube..and here it is. It's pretty amazing.
