Dark star thresh isn't multiversal, he is galaxy level. Read there lore again, it says they consume stars and planets alike, not an entire universe instantly. It could mean they slowly devour all of existence and feed it to the dark star. Same for the cosmics. Example

Also, Faceless Void from dota 2 can erase an entire timeline with a hit, and can shift dimensions with a hit. Also, Weaver fights against universe devourers so he could also rofl stomp the league multiverse. And finally, we have Oracle, dude can cause universe shattering chain reactions and has pure fate manipulation( whatever he says will come true.) He caused a universe to fall into an infinite amount of paradoxes by being unsure of an outcome. He could solo the League Multiverse alone, by just doing what he does and then every league universe is shattered by infinite paradoxes.
