Power : Polispathy, Poliskinesis (just made that up)
The God of Cities. It would be hard to make a list of all his capacities when he's in a city. But just his ability to talk with the "spirit" of a whole city like shown in Stormwatch with the beautiful Paris, the creepy Gotham or the cancerous Prypiat is awesome enough to make him top of the list.

The mythology behind this character and the fact that she's litteraly the incarnation of century makes her one of the most interesting DC character.

Maybe he's here because of his run in the New 52's (the best title from the relaunch in my opinion). But come on. Making animal powers "cocktails" ? How cool is that ?

I still remember the first season finale with goosebumps... But yeah, who wouldn't like to do some dimension-tourism ? Like Sliders ? Uh ? No one ?

Power : Intuitive Aptitude
Or the ability to understand how everything works. Sometimes you'd have to get messy though... Except if you're actually into lobotomy (in that case I can recommend a psychiatrist)

You'd have to find another super-powered individual of course. But being a massive geek collectionist, I guess I would choose this power over all the others.
