Hmm i want to say the terminators they "should" be able to OHKO an alien each shot going off arnold only feats figuring he is a typical t800. Alians do not typically try and dodge to much. If it gets in the hand to hand arena i would say a terminator is more than a physical match for an alien terminators seem comparably strong and durable to power loaders which physical outmatched a queen. ALso and it wouldn't take the terminators long to figure out not to make them bleed, they will snap necks and the like, they are much more tacticaly advanced and able to adapt much quicker than an alien. Anything t800 Or more advanced should have a powerful enough alloy to resist acid as normal humans have survived the aliens acid attack. See alien earth hive and aliens.
My vote is the terminators.
However that said the trade federation being the cowards they are would probably bombard the planet after the droid army was obliterated. The terminators would bunker down until the barrage stopped as would the aliens probably it seems like a simple enough tactic for the xenos to grasp ending the conflict in a stalemate.

Another thing to consider is Diana was slowly coming into her powers as the movie progressed was she even at full power when she took aeries out? it was stated that aries was wounded so maybe he wasn't at full tilt either.

I want to say vision would win but neither aeries nor vision has a mad ton of amazing feats. Smashing some concrete with lightning is cool and all, melting ultron is spiffy but how much of that was ironman and Thor? They are both just kind of unimpressive.
Doom probably already has a plan for someone like darkseid. During infinity gauntlet doom survived a blast from ig Thanos so I don't see why he can't take a few omega beams.
