Ah I see. So this is more of a theoretical battle since one is not actually a current character and the other has limited feats.

killemall- lord marvell is extremely powerful. That is not a good comparison as he would crush superman as well.

docfatalis- Galactus teleported Drax and Gamora safely to a far away planet so they wouldn't be obliterated. Annihilus survived because he is really powerful and was amped by the cosmic control rod and the nega bands. But outside of them and Nova and those Nova shielded, nobody survived. The Galactus event also killed a Watcher.

his saber so fast it seemed as if he had donzens of Lightsaber's and that was to Darth Zannah's perception even more impressive

No, it was not to Zannah's perspective. Zannah was outmatched by his speed, but she wasn't the one viewing a dozen different blades. If she was, she never would have reacted to any of his blows, yet she did. This is out of context as well; Bane had the orbalisks at the time, which significantly enhance his powers. He was amped up at the time.

fought to fast for Darth Cognus to see

Cognus has basically no speed feats, and she was untrained at the time. So this feat is basically just Bane's speed vs a normal person's perception. Not impressive at all.

moved so fast he seemed to be many places at ones etc.

I don't recall any examples of this.

if that the case I could say Bane is faster then light since Darth Cagnus could not see him

What? Cognus has no speed feats. How can you say fighting faster than she could follow makes him light speed? And for the record, Cognus actually could follow Bane and Zannah's blows to a degree.

Bane also has life force drain

The only time Bane used Drain in any form during a fight was at Andeddu's temple, and when he employed it there, he nearly exhausted himself and would have had he not augmented his powers with the ambient energy pervading the temple.

Not usable in a fight without Bane draining himself in the process.

just transfer his essence in Goku

The only way for Bane to perform Essence Transfer is to perform a ritual in his mind/the Force (which is why it happened "at the speed of thought"; he thinks that fast anyway, meaning there is nothing special about his working it so quickly). On top of that, he projected his spirit into Zannah, whose forearm he was gripping in his hand. Whether Bane can effectively utilize Essence Transfer otherwise has never been conclusively shown, and this is setting aside the brief preparation Bane requires to use it in the first place.

Goku has no protecting against that.

Yes, he does. Anyone can resist Essence Transfer if their will is sufficient. All that has to happen is for Goku's will to supersede Bane's will to possess him. If he can, Bane will fall into the void. Whether Goku's will is superior or not, I can't say. Most of what you have said so far has been either inaccurate or out of context.

Heyyy Silver. One of the good guys. What's up man?

@goodguy24...True...The Destroyer fight was over so quick we never got to see the limits of Thors durability. The best showing of it was the forest battle with Iron Man, but Thor came out of that fight without a scratch if I remember correctly...Hopefully we'll see someone truly test Thor in The Dark World next year.

Kurse. That is all.

Venomous already pointed out some additional information, and there was also that thing where Thor was destined to beat the Serpent and die within 9 steps or whatever. But what I'll point you to is Thor's fight with Glory, who would clearly outclass Deathwing.
