This is of course based entirely off of my own opinion, if you have other Jedi's that you think should have been included in the list tell me down below so i can take a look at them and who know's they may end up in a future list. Other than that enjoy. :)
Obi-Wan Kenobi was a Jedi Knight who was instructed by Qui-Gon Jinn and himself taught Anakin Skywalker. Both Kenobi and Anakin fought in the Clone Wars which led to Anakin turning to the dark side and betraying the order. Obi-Wan hid on the planet Tatooine where he watched over Anakin's son Luke, whom he began training to be a Jedi.
Obi-Wan Kenobi is #1 on my list due to his unwavering commitment to the Jedi Code even when facing his very own padawan and best friend, Anakin Skywalker. If not for Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Rebel Alliance would have faced a much more powerful Darth Vader.
Master Windu was a Jedi Master, member of Jedi High Council and the second greatest duelist on the Council during the Clone Wars, second only to Yoda.
Mace Windu is #2 on my list due to his ability to practically ride the waves of the dark side while still be in complete control of his emotions, a willpower his padawans did not achieve when being taught the use of Vaapad.------That's it, move on. Next Character.
Even though Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is no longer canon Galen Marek is still one of my most favourite Jedi Characters in the whole EU, moving on. While originally being a Sith apprentice to the one and only Darth Vader, Galen Marek also known as Starkiller turned his back on his master (Darth Vader) after being betrayed by him, and in doing so started the rebel alliance and in the end sacrificed himself so that the alliance may carry on and eventually take down Darth Vader and his master Darth Sidious.
It's Yoda, Nuff said. Moving on.
The Chosen One (No, not that one). Luke Skywalker is the son of Darth Vader (previously Anakin Skywalker) and Padme Amidala (previously Padme Amidala) and brother of Leia Organa, Luke was trained by Ben Kenobi and Yoda to take down Darth Vader and Darth Sidious while he technically failed in doing so (Vader killed Sidious, Sidious killed Vader) he is still heralded as one of the heroes of the republic, Luke would later go on to start his own Jedi "Academy" and train the next generation of Jedi.
Kit Fisto was a renowned Nautolan Jedi Master in the waning years of the Galactic Republic. He is best known for his friendly smile.
Don't really know much about Kit Fisto, but he is quickly growing on me.
Plo Koon is a Kel Dor Jedi Master who sits on the Jedi, Council. He is an accomplished warrior, diplomat and strategist. His master, was a wookiee Jedi named Tyvokka.
Other than that, the guy looks like a dried up shrimp and was trained by a wookie! I rest my case.
