People are underestimating him. A truly pissed off Spider-man is not something to be messed with. When he's going completely on instinct his spidersense keeps him from being touched. On top of that he's a guy has enough strength and striking power to KO a just transformed Hulk with one punch. He completely destroyed a herald of Galactus out of desperation, not even anger. He's manhandled the x-men, beaten the Fantastic 4 while they were mind controlled. Treated Titania like the little female dog she is.

Not "weak" per se only just as susceptible to magic as any other being who doesn't have a specific resistance to magic. Meaning it affects them exactly the same as it would any normal human. No more, no less.

It really depends on what the distance is between them when Spidey detects them. But generally anyone who moves at the speed of light or slower could be dodged. He routinely dodges laser based attacks at close range so it's not much of a stretch that he could move out of the way of a person moving the same speed.

Considering Peter is a scientist I would think he's an atheist or agnostic. Since he knows for a fact that most beings representing themselves as "gods"or "demons/devils" are actually aliens or extradimemsional beings not supreme beings.
