i think M was identifying herself as been of a Muslim ethnicity i do not think she was stating that she was religiously of the Islamic persuasion. for example i myself am british which is often described as a Christian country while i myself am a atheist i could argue that i am ethically Christian. if you note M when rationalisms this she does not bring in any spiritual or religious aspect but talks about nationality... this is was i think PAD was aiming at and i am surprised that there has been so much debate about the subject.

now i was thinking perhaps this group could use a certain comic book character that sticks things to things could be useful in any group of individuals but i would personally go the unconventional route totally ignore all those spider-man enemies and and reinvent a character that has allays been mocked because of his initial appearance has allready had one revamp to try and make him more mainstream but just made him gimmicky. i am talking about Peter Petrusk unfortunately known as paste pot pete ! and the trapster. however i would make him snap have a midlife crisis lose the gimmicks and him become a gritty ultra violent vigilante type called solvent !

i have allways found   DC comics  far too inacssesable.    they  always seem to have at least  4 different crossovers going on at the same time with  constant referencing to other books that i have not read and have no intention of reading.   there crossovers  when i try to read them are spun out and spun out over far too many  comics.  they are constantly  rebooting  their universes and comics which allways smacks to  me that their is something deeply wrong  to begin with to have to try and alter things.  however conversely  i   enjoy the range of  titles that  their vertigo imprint provides.

i actually like the original beast..... he was played as sharp and whitty  if little aloof.    i  like how  this version of the character returned  ( appearance wise)  in  X-factor V1

neferia is a good choice... my namesake nebulon the celestrial man grrr my bad spelling on phone.... could be a great villain if shown in a popular book.. alot of doctor stranges villains are very underestimated underused.... time for a good baron mordo story where he is kickass

i refuse to buy generation hope  and i hate  the character anyone  that causes  both  nightcrawler and cable to die will have my infinite scorn.

are you aware that Monet  of   gen  x /  x-factor   mother is from a  predominately Muslim country  and considers herself to be  ethnically muslim but doesnt practice it as a religon.  i suppose that also makes emplate muslim.

hello  what i love  about  x-factor is for the  main part is that it  isnt effectives  by most of the trash that is thrown at the xmen books.   i think that  Maddrox will do what he normally  does   find it unable to make a dection and just not make one.  perhaps  XF will be the linchpin that  will proivde the check and balance that will  keep both sides from  doing anything  silly or act as a neutral go between ? one result maybe that the rosta of XF maybe amended to include people that dont want to take a side?

storm has been sidelined partly because of her marriage to the black panther  
 
wolverine is in too many places at once and is too violent  ( oh no that doesn't matter with the xmen anymore does it)
 
xavier is too out of favor due to the hatchet job  writers have done  to his past past
 
havok is in space and has been almost forgoten about floating in comic book limbo
 
cable , nightcrawler and  jean  are  dead and not in much of a position to lead.
 
the writers didnt do a very good job of  makeing  angel  chuck austin anyone? besides angel is too unstable at the moment
 
iceman hasnt been written  well in years  same with cannonball  in  the recent issues of  new mutants i have read.
 
i actually think given a decent  writer and a reduced cast then  a team of xmen lead by beast would be very enjoyable 

the strongest  i have known beast was when  apocalypse infected  beast with a virus that increased his strength  but reduced his intellect whenever used.  however this was  changed  by an infectia induced conversion back to his simian form.
