Taking into account what Deadpool think of his X-men Origins counterpart, he would mock Kikyo comparing him with his mouth sewed version, until the point of having a duel with him. Then, like the fight of Blade vs Deadpool, Kikyo would be winning the fight, unless Deadpool had his new watch from Cable, henceforth stabbing Kikyo from behind. Deadpool would say "Got the little knockoff this time, didn’t we?" Then Draw out a handgun and say "Open wide, Adkins". Deadpool wins.
