It's been called "The Plan 9 From Outer Space of comics," or in other words: the worst comic ever made. I completely disagree. I love this book. So when the hardcover came out, I wanted it bad. I finally got it when I ran across it half price, with the slip jacket in library laminate. Awesome, awesome, book.
