(1998) Comicology, Vol 1: The Kingdom Come Companion. Originally solicited as a one-shot, DC axed this with a threatened lawsuit, because it was all DC characters. Two Morrows got smart after this, and made their companions as collections of articles from their various magazines. You only got this volume if you ordered it from Previews, which I was fortunate to have done. I later was able to get it autographed by Mark Waid. :)
