2/24/16: As of April, 2015, DC has started releasing this series in TPB. Hopefully, they will get the entire series into reprint. A key difference between their releases and what I proposed is that they are adding some key issues from other series, and the number of issues per volume is varying.

Volume 2 is titled Deathstroke the Terminator: Sympathy For the Devil, and reprints #10-13, Annual #1 and Superman #68. They used the cover of the annual for the TPB. Nice choice. So what about it? Did you buy it?
