After a still unknown government top secret lab explosion, scientist Raymond Polar is the only survivor & the scapegoat for the explosion that leaves him with a condition with blue skin & needing to live in much colder climates to survive. Raymond creates his Cryo Suit which enables him to be in any climate as well as gives him ice powers so he can get his revenge & make people fear & worship him.
Powers/abilities: Genius level intellect, the Cryo Suit which allows him to produce ice, snow, & manipulate the moisture in the air. Also protects him from modern fire arms & flight.

Origin: When the man claiming to be "Henry FitzRoy, the true King of England" escaped from Britain's Asylum for the Criminally Insane, Nurse Lucy Stewart volunteered to be taken hostage for she is secretly as sadistic as he is crazy.
The true mastermind behind all of their schemes, she is now married to him and terrorising the British angrily ever after.
