I have to go with the symbiotes here. 1. They are extremely durable agains blunt force trauma the only thing colossus has offensively here is thunder clapping (which isnt even at professor hulks level). 2. They are much much faster than he is. 3. They aren't slouches in the strength department, if Im not mistaken, venom is around a 40 tonner and carnage is even stronger still. Sure they aren't punching colossus to death but they can throw him through a building using webs, chuck cars,wrap him in tendrils while they beat him with other weapons etc. 4. They also have a slew of other abilities such as their camo and limited shapeshifting that give them even more versatility. 5. Eddie and Carnage are pretty much in a constant state of bloodlust whereas this is not colossus's normal condition granted it is scary when the big fella gets pissed but he's playing towards the symbiotes' strengths here.

With weapons Involved Bruce for sure wins. The weapons allow him to keep a distance and pummel andre until he's down. If it were hand to hand i would say that andre eventually gets a hold of bruce and its all down hill from there. Andre was strong enough to flip a car, pic Arnold up like a baby, and according to his trainers "easily rip a mans arms off".
