Cap's shield would take of the Bat's head. Spiderman said that Cap knew more about hand to hand combat than he would ever know and Spidey is no slouch. This would come down to fists and Cap would win out.
I was wondering, Black Knight is greatest swordsman alive with the greatest sword, but would Deadpools physical ability and skill with many weapons overcome it?
