Innerspring Mattress
Featuring the traditional coil support system, innerspring mattress remains fairly popular among RVers that grew up sleeping on them. As the coils tend to be sandwiched between the bedding, people have lots of bounciness as well as back support. On the downside, motions travel rather far in innerspring mattresses so if you sleep next to someone that tumbles often, things may get slightly inconvenient.
Foam Mattress

- Memory: The foam gets its name due to a unique ability: it responds to the heat and weight of the sleepers then shapes itself accordingly. For RVers that desire optimum support and comfort, mattresses made of memory foam would be the best bets without fail. But as such mattresses demand significant resources, they prove ill-suited to budget-minded shoppers.
- Latex: Using natural ingredients, Latex mattresses should be the preferred choice for eco-conscious RVers. Being naturally hypoallergenic, mattresses that make use of Latex foam excel at keeping the allergens away in virtually every condition. In terms of shortcomings, Latex mattresses produce less than ideal back support to the sleepers.

Air Mattress
Considered to be the perfect solution for owners of RV with restricted spaces, air mattresses could be deployed and put away without much difficulty. The presence of air in the mattresses also guarantees outstanding thermal insulation in most settings. That being said, a few additional worries also come up such as losses of airs, stretchy materials and so on.
