i think writer mop the floor with eddie's past...first of all eddie brock has a father who does not love or support his son,but not a jerk like origin series,second eddie is a man who is religious and honest he thinks his time has come because of his cancer and try to do something good before that.he is not a liar and a loser like origin series i have read all the brock related issues and i think writer has to do a lot more creative,and respect old issues...yes i am a venom fan
