Hmm, good battle. I would say Team 2 after a tough fight. Spiderman's close quarter's combat and having the ability to use projectiles to some degree does this one for me.

@king_saturn: I mean, I feel like you are underestimating classic BP. He has superior intelligence and a suit that can withstand most of what Super Skrull can dish at him. His weapons can also damage/kill Skrull, speed that outmatches him and combat. Considering they are in character, Skrull has been known as a jobber more or less. I really don't see a valid reason on why Black Panther cannot defeat Skrull.

I personally disagree and believe this is more of an even battle then perceived. T'challa's vibranium suit can withstand the physical (or kinetic) powerful blows Skrull would dish at him (If he can even tag him) and projectiles, along with than his Anti-Metal claws and Vibro-Dagger which can basically cut through anything. It isnt hard to believe that Panther can out maneuver Skrull and use his much superior hand to hand combat against him. Not to mention the superior intellect T'Challa has, knockout gas that can floor an elephant etc. It isn't hard to believe T'Challa can come out with the victory
